Process: Traditional wine making at 16 ºC in stainless steel deposits under controlled temperature followed by 6 hours cold maceration.
Colour: Very clean aspect, strawberry pink colour with violet tones.
Aroma: Fruity aromas of medium intensity.
Palate: Smooth and fresh attack, slightly sweet, fruity and long aftertaste.
Food Pairing Suggestions: Pasta, fish and cheese.
Serving Temperature: Between 8-10 ºC
