Region: Denomination of Origin Campo de Borja
Alcohol: 12.5% Vol.
Grape Varieties: 80% Garnacha and 20% Tempranillo.
Date Harvested: 2nd week of September.
Process: Traditional wine making at 28 ºC in stainless steel deposits under controlled temperature followed by 10 days cold maceration;
after this the malolactic fermentation takes place.
Colour: Very clean aspect, cherry red with violet tones.
Aroma: Fruity aromas of medium intensity.
Palate: Dry, matured, and well balanced. Fruity, wide and long aftertaste.
Food Pairing Suggestions: All kind of meats.
Serving Temperature: Between 16-18 ºC
