Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Grigio
Origin: Veneto region
Vinification: Takes place after the selected healthy grapes go through a no-press maceration of 3 days in stainless steel vats; after the
alcohol fermentation, the wine is racked into steel vessels where the Malolactic fermentation is completed (after a decantation phase); the wine is subsequently filtered and racked to be bottled before it can be put on the market.
Storage & Maturation: Take place in a humidity-controlled wine cellar at a temperature ranging from 10-12 °C. It should be drunk young.
Colour: The colour is straw yellow.
Bouquet: The bouquet is pleasant, delicate and fruity, distinguished and intense, it reminds of apples and figs.
Flavour: The flavour is dry and velvety, sharp and fruity, with a light after-taste of bitter almonds, balanced with good acidity and
alcohol structure, excellent long finish. To be drunk when young.
Alcohol Content: 12% vol
