Origin: Emilia region
Vinification: It is produced from selected and healthy grapes and through maceration in steel vats; after alcoholic fermentation, the wine is decanted into steel tanks where the malolactic fermentation is completed (following a first decanting stage); it is then filtered and then bottled.
Storage & Maturation: In a humidity-controlled cellar at a temperature of 10-12 °C. Always to be drank young.
Colour: deep ruby red.
Bouquet: winey, intense and pleasant with hints of blackberry, strawberry and violet.
Flavour: this wine is balanced, slightly tannic, pleasantly acid and fresh, light-bodied and medium sparkling.
Alcohol Content: 10.5% vol
Serving Temperature: 12/14 °C
Food & Wine Pairing: this table wine is ideal with sausages, cold meats and salami, polenta with sapre ribs, whole roasted piglet, warm or cold lard on toast, but also with fresh and semi-aged cheeses.
