Grape Variety: 100% Glera
Origin: A number of municipalities around Treviso ("Vari Comuni di Treviso")
Vinification: Vinification takes place after the selected healthy grapes go through a no-press maceration of 4 days in stainless steel vessels; after the alcohol fermentation takes place in controlled temperature; the wine is subsequently filtered and racked to
be bottled before it can be put on the market.
Storage & Maturation: Take place in a humidity-controlled wine cellar at a temperature ranging from 10-12 °C. It should be drunk young.
Colour: The colour is straw yellow.
Bouquet: The bouquet is pleasant, light, fine and delicate, fruity with a distinguished aroma of apples.
Flavour: The flavour is dry and velvety, fresh, lively and fruity, balanced with good acidity and alcohol structure; it has an excellent
long finish, and it should be drunk when young.
Alcohol Content: 11% vol
Serving Temperature: 6/8 °C
