From the grapes Garganega coming from the Cru pigno in the "Le Barche" estate comes this wine following the most traditional winemaking style.
Grapes: 90% Garganega, Trebbiano of Soave and Chardonnay
Vinification: 12 hours of skin contact in a Co2 atmosphere, and then fermented in -10 hectoliters oak cask and stainless steel and oak barrels at controlled temperature with malolactic fermentation in wood.
Maturation: Wines are blended and aged on the lees for 7 months in 40 hectoliters oak casks and oak barrels. Then aged in bottle for 3
months.
Winemaker's Notes; Bright yellow color with golden scents. Yellow fruits persistent aromas, such as apricot and nectarine, with a scent
of Mediterranean and fermentative essences such as sage, almond and yeast. Some touches of toasted hazelnut. The palate is rich, with
harmonious acid-alcoholic balance, with distinct mineral notes and varietal almond and hazelnut hint.
Serving Temperature: 11-13 °C
Ideal Companion: Soups, boiled fish, white meat and it is excellent with all fish.
