Production Area: Venetian region, Verona, Lessini Hills
Vinification: 6 hours of skin contact in a CO2 atmosphere, and then fermented at 14-16 °C and malolactic fermentation.
Maturation: some components spend 3 months on yeast, lees.
Winemaker's Notes: Medium straw yellow. Delicate and intense bouquet with a pleasant almond-like aftertaste.
Serving Temperature: 10-12 °C
Ideal Companion: Entrees, fish and all light food
